Book nowBreakfast is celebrated every day at Riverside Gables. We offer our guest homemade creations, using the freshest ingredients while supporting local farmers and producers. Our gourmet coffee is roasted down the road, while our free-range eggs are delivered several times a week. We purchase our sausage and bacon from the famous West End Market in Cleveland. We cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free diets, and many others.
Poached eggs in an herbed cream sauce with a side of sausage and tomato salad.
Omelets with a variety of vegetables (spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.) Can be adjusted for dietary requirements. Includes a croissant and a sampling of brie with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Our signature breakfast is an oven-baked, spelt flour pancake topped with sautéed apples and walnuts. Served with a side of sausage and eggs of your choice.
Croque Madame topped with delicate poached eggs complemented with a caprese salad.
Fruit cups with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and various other fruits are served every week. These are rotated with poached pears.
Another guest favorite is bacon, lettuce, tomato and egg on a toasted croissant. Shown here served with a potato pancake and dollop of sour cream.
Spinach quiche served with ham, potatoes, tomato & cheese salad.
