Deposit

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to one-half of the stay or minimum of one night is required by credit card when reservation is made.

Cancellations

Every guest reservation is important to us, and cancellations have a definite impact on the operation of our small enterprise.

Cancellations must be made by telephone, at least 1 day prior to your reservation date, to be refunded minus a $25 transaction fee. 

A 5-day cancellation notice is required for multiple room bookings, whole house bookings and for holidays and special events. Early departure is considered a cancellation.

Check In/Out

Check-in is from 4:00 pm on, check-out is 12:00 pm noon. If necessary, special arrangements may be considered directly with innkeeper.

General Policies

For the comfort of our guests, Riverside Gables maintains a smoke-free environment. A $250 charge will be incurred if guests smoke on the property.

Guest pets are not permitted. However, there is an animal boarding facility called K9 Resorts, 6 miles down the road. Their phone is (440) 577-4070 and they are located at 26075 Lorain Rd., North Olmstead, OH.

Out of courtesy for our guests, only children over the age of 10 are permitted. Other considerations with whole-house bookings may be made.

Gift Certificates

• Guest must present the Gift Certificate at the time of check-in

• Gift Certificate Valid for 2 years from the Date of Purchase
