To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to one-half of the stay or minimum of one night is required by credit card when reservation is made.
Every guest reservation is important to us and cancellations have a definite impact on the operation of our small enterprise.
Cancellations must be made by telephone, at least 10 days prior to your reservation date to be refunded minus a $25 transaction fee.
Cancellations made less than the 10 days in advance will forfeit the deposit payment in full.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required for multiple room bookings, whole house bookings and for holidays and special events. Early departure is considered a cancellation.
Check-in is preferred 4:00-6:00 pm, check-out is 12:00 pm noon. If necessary, special arrangements may be considered directly with innkeeper.
For the comfort of our guests, Riverside Gables maintains a smoke-free environment. A $250 charge will be incurred if guests smoke on the property.
Guest pets are not permitted. One golden retriever, Max, resides on the premises, but is restricted to the innkeeper’s quarters and grounds. Out of courtesy for our guests, only children over the age of 17 are permitted. Other considerations with whole house bookings may be made.
